I started in restaurants, not in an office. I studied Restaurant & Hotel Management at Purdue University, then spent years owning and running Subway franchises and independent restaurants and bars. I know what it's like to work the line, make payroll, deal with landlords, and wonder what all that work is actually worth.
For 40+ years I've worked in the restaurant industry, owning, operating and helping owners sell. Over that time I've helped sell more than 2,500 restaurants. I've seen just about every kind of deal: great ones, tough ones, and ones that fell apart because the owner wasn't prepared.
Most owners don't need a broker on day one. They need straight answers: What is my restaurant worth? Are my numbers in order? Could a buyer get an SBA loan? What should I fix before I sell? I built SellMyRestaurant.ai to give owners those answers on their own terms, starting with a free valuation, and to give them the tools to sell it themselves if they choose.
